Situated on the first floor of an impressive 18th century Georgian house, reputedly from where Bram Stoker wrote the Dracula stories. Close to all tourist amenities, and only 100 yards from the cliff lift down to the 3 mile stretch of Blue Flag sandy beach. The bustling streets packed with pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and curio shops are all within an easy stroll.
Excellently based to enjoy the beautiful Yorkshire Moors and historic port of Whitby with its busy fishing town, quaint cottages and picturesque harbour, all nestling under the ruins of the Abbey. Access to the apartment is through a shared front door overlooking the Crescent gardens, and up a flight of stairs. Situated on the first floor the apartment benefits from floor to ceiling windows at the front overlooking the Crescent gardens with views up the coast beyond Sandsend. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished, with a new kitchen and two new bathrooms fitted. The apartment is tastefully decorated with William Morris wallpaper throughout.
A door from the entrance hall leads onto a large kitchen/living room at the front, which has an area for dining. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric cooker, a full height fridge/freezer, and microwave. The living area benefits from two Chesterfield leather sofas and a high back chair, and is equipped with a smart TV.
The main double bedroom also overlooks the Crescent gardens, and has an en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, a single bedroom and a twin room, which has access to the main bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. This is a “Jack and Jill” bathroom which also has a door onto the entrance hall.

Instructions for booking: If you would like to make a reservation at Sea Breeze please complete the booking enquiry using the link below. Pricing depends upon the time of year, with a week at low season costing £460, and at peak season £1,040. The apartment can only be booked for a minimum of seven days (Saturday to Saturday) during peak season. Outside peak season short breaks for three nights (Friday to Monday) and four nights (Monday to Friday) are available. If your desired stay is any other period, do complete the booking form and we will try and accommodate your wishes.
